We want you to love your Binho Board apparel as much as the game itself. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
